Villa Noam Bora Bora features seven suites with private bathrooms, including a private oceanfront bungalow.The main floor is organized around the living room facing the infinity pool and lagoon, the guest kitchen, spacious terrace, outdoor lounge, pool bar, Jacuzzi and dining room. On either side of the lounge are five suites with private bathrooms, all facing the lagoon. Some suites open onto a private tropical garden with an outdoor bathroom, surrounded by lush plants.The largest suite covers the entire upper floor, with an intimate space and private terrace.On the lower level of the property is the largest view of the private aquarium as well as the wellness sanctuary with its own spa, including sauna, steam room, indoor seawater swim lane, cold bath, private bar, home cinema and library.

Noam Bora Bora covers an area of 1,000 square meters and features six suites: three deluxe suites with private outdoor bathrooms, two classic suites with private indoor bathrooms, and a master suite with private bathroom. On either side of the lounge are five suites, all facing the lagoon. Some of them open onto an intimate tropical garden with an outdoor bath surrounded by rare and lush plant species.
The largest suite occupies the entire upper floor. This intimate space, perched atop coconut palms, offers rooms that generously open onto the Bora Bora lagoon. With its private terrace, guests can relax in total serenity.
A private Suite bungalow away from the main villa can accommodate 2 people.
