Cultural Workshops - Ornaments by Nature
A tribute to the art of Polynesian weaving, with stories and accessories sourced from 3 of our most emblematic plants: pandanus, coconut and cordyline.
Ornaments by Nature is a handcrafted experience from which you will leave all dressed in green – hat, fan, basket, lei, rosettes and other confections worthy of ancestral know-how from the four corners of Fenua. You will be able to knot, fold, plait and weave noble materials in a spirit of sharing, but above all, you will be able to make lasting friendships with Mother Nature’s culture and children.
Our experience
It is a wonderful experience. Polynesian weaving with emblematic plants allowed me to feel connected to culture and nature in a profound way. Walking away with authentic handcrafted creations gave me immense satisfaction. This experience has left me with precious memories and a special bond with the ancestral know-how of our Fenua (Chloé - Operations Agent).

Time :
8:00 to 11:30 am or 1:00 to 4:30 pm
Size of the grooup :
In private from 1 to 8 people maximum.
No included :
Sunscreen, mosquito spray, water bottle.
Included :
2 to 3 Polynesian leaders, 3 complete Tapa activities (materials and ingredients).
Conditions :
Meeting places are subject to change without notice, depending on openings and availability. This is an open-air tour, so comfortable, casual footwear is highly recommended.
